DETAILED

EVERY NEW APPLICATION, EVEN
FOR THE SAME LOCATION, NEEDS A NEW OBJECTION LETTER - DON'T LET THE PLAN
THROUGH ON APATHY
Announced by Mr Chris
Murray at the EHDC Community Forum at Medstead Village
Hall on Tuesday 24th July 2007, EHDC policy has been
changed to allow one letter per voting adult in each
household and that all letters will count towards
selection of Planning Committee Section I agenda items that allow a public
speaking element.

Dear
Mr/Mrs Case Officer
I wish to OBJECT to the application
reference
xxxxxx address,
nr Alton, Hampshire.
You must use objective reasons that break planning guidelines, or local / district / county / area plan
details, or for utilities or highways or emergency services.
Vague emotional complaints, irrelevant non-planning issues, and any
commercial/ financial have to be ignored by the Planning Officers, however
much they may sympathise with you.
Short bullet points are better
than long rambling sentences.
Due to my valid objections, I urge you to reject this inappropriate planning application.
Yours
sincerely,
Name
Do not just copy sample reasons or your letter
may NOT count. Try to use your own words and include as many valid reasons as you
think best.
If you have ones we haven't thought of or think the emphasis is wrong please let us know urgently.
