FIGHT FOR FOUR MARKS & MEDSTEAD
EHDC LDF
"Striving for fair and responsible planning in
Four Marks and Medstead"
EHDC LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
|
The Local Development
Framework replaces the Local Plan (Second Review). Consultation
only runs until 31 March 2008 and is based on a questionnaire
for us to complete in the LDF Core Strategy document.
The Core
Strategy sets out the overall planning framework for the
district. All other Local Development Framework policy documents
will build on the principles in it and need to comply with it.
It looks ahead up to 2026. |

This
EHDC CORE STRATEGY ISSUES & OPTIONS DOCUMENT
describes what EHDC have to deliver in terms of housing to meet
Government targets and a range of options & processes available.
It
is vital we communicate our views both as F4FM and as
individuals before 31 March 2008. The options cover different
balances between allocated and 'windfall' sites (the ones we
often object to). It is far more difficult to object to
pre-allocated sites !
